  • Roy GreenbergPresident

    Roy is one of the founders and a principal of Whitehall Real Estate. He is actively involved in all the executive activities of the company including financial, management and leasing decisions. He has been operating commercial real estate properties since 1985. To date, Roy has been involved in real estate transactions in excess of $300 million.

    He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Chartered Accountant and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1985. Originally from South Africa, Roy moved to the USA in 1983 and brings with him a broad knowledge and understanding of all aspects of real estate management.

    Roy holds a Broker’s License in The State of Texas and is also an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

  • Gary CooperPrincipal

    Gary is one of the founders and a principal of Whitehall Real Estate. He has been involved in real estate and construction since 1978. Gary is a consultant to Whitehall with respect to leasing and construction.

  • Donna FitzgeraldProperty Management

    Donna handles property management and tenant relations. She is also responsible for the maintenance of the properties. Donna has been with Whitehall since 1992. She began her employment as the assistant office manager and was promoted to the Property Manager. Her responsibilities cover the Whitehall portfolio which consists of approximately 250 tenants. Donna’s long tenure with the company has allowed her to develop mutually beneficial working relationships with the Whitehall tenant base. With her many years of experience and working closely with approved vendors and contractors, she is able to provide outstanding service to the tenants.

  • Jessica ReinhardtLeasing Agent

    Jessica is directly responsible for the leasing and marketing of a twenty business park portfolio totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet. She began her real estate career with Century 21 Quandt in 1999 specializing in both commercial and residential transactions. From there Jessica moved on to a commercial real estate firm in Frisco, TX where she was responsible for business development and project leasing services. Just prior to joining Whitehall she established a boutique brokerage firm in which she represented tenants throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

    Jessica is a licensed real estate broker in The State of Texas and has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. She is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and Commercail Real Estate Women (CREW).

  • Elena OlmosOffice Manager

    Elena’s responsibilities include the administration and office management for the company. She started her employment with Whitehall in 2002. Her attention to detail and strong work ethic are a testament to Whitehall’s operating efficiency. Tenants, vendors and investors all benefit from her professional administration and vendor management services.
